Watercolor Family Photographer | The Lalande Family

Today I had an amazing Watercolor session with the beautiful Lalande family! We started in one of my favorite spots — the garden area. It has pretty flowers, fountains, and a water feature that runs right through it. It’s perfect for photo sessions and definitely a client favorite.

Starting in the Watercolor Gardens

The Watercolor gardens always set such a romantic tone for a family session — lush greenery, oak canopies, and that little water feature that the kids love. You can see more of my favorite spots on the 30A and Destin locations page.

Catching the Sunset Beachside

We got some great shots in the garden but had to make sure we didn’t miss the sunset, so we hurried over to the beach side. We were greeted with colorful skies, emerald green water, and sugar white sands that gave us the perfect beach backdrop. The contrast between garden and beach in one session is one of the reasons I love Watercolor so much.
