 A $700 deposit is required at time of booking and will go toward your final order.

The magic continues long after the sun goes down. Within 1–3 weeks, you’ll receive an invitation to your private online gallery. Every image is delivered in both timeless black and white and vibrant color, giving you the perfect variety for your custom collection.

Your gallery will be live for 15 days. Please be prepared to finalize your selections before it expires to avoid the $200 gallery renewal fee.

What is the total investment in a session?

Your final investment is entirely up to you and depends on how you choose to preserve your memories. While the $700 deposit secures your date, most families choose to invest a total of $1,475 – $5,000+ on their custom digital collections and heirloom printed artwork. This ensures you walk away with not just a digital gallery, but a tangible legacy for your home.

Timing Your Session: The Magic of Light

To ensure your portraits feature our signature creamy skin tones and breathtaking Emerald Coast skies, I only schedule beach sessions during the two most beautiful times of day: Sunrise and Sunset.

Sunrise: The Secret Gem: Available for those who want the beach all to themselves.

  • The Vibe: Calm, quiet, and ethereal.
  • The Perks: Cooler temperatures (perfect for Florida summers!), minimal wind, and a completely private-feeling beach without umbrellas or crowds.
  • Best For: Early risers and little ones who are at their happiest first thing in the morning. Note: If your family prefers a slow start to the day, Sunset may be a better fit!

Sunset: The Classic Glow: The iconic 30A experience.

  • The Vibe: Warm, golden, and celebratory.
  • The Perks: That world-famous “Golden Hour” light and those vibrant, painted skies as the sun dips into the Gulf.
  • Best For: Families who want to spend the day at the pool and end their evening with a memory-making stroll on the sand.

Session Duration

  • Normal sessions are approximately 30 minutes of shooting time.
  • Option to add an additional 30 minutes to your beach session, great for the extended family & newborn sessions.
  • Option to add a 2nd off the beach location & additional 30 minutes
  • Newborn Sessions: These are slower-paced and customized to your baby’s needs; the additional time is a MUST as we will need the extra time for feedings and cuddles.

Why we skip the “Mid-Day” Sun?

The white sands of Destin act like a giant mirror. To avoid harsh shadows, squinting eyes, and the intense Florida heat, we stay off the beach during the middle of the day. By sticking to the “edges” of the day, we guarantee the soft, flattering light your family deserves.

I only take a limited number of sessions per month to ensure every family receives my full artistic attention. Since my calendar is live and beach dates fill up quickly, I’ve made the booking process entirely seamless for you.

How to Lock in Your Date:

  1. Check Your Inbox: You should have received an email from me with both the link to this Pricing & Information page & a private link to my live booking calendar.  If you don’t see it let me know & I will resend it.

  2. Choose & Book: View my real-time availability and select the date that works best for your vacation schedule.

No back-and-forth emails required just pick your date at your convenience and let the countdown to the beach begin!

Primary Shooting Areas: I primarily shoot on the beautiful beaches of Destin and 30A/Santa Rosa Beach. Please see the maps below for my standard service areas. If you have a specific location in mind or are staying outside of these areas, please contact me before booking to confirm availability and discuss additional travel arrangements.

Limited Availability Locations: The following locations have limited availability and require prior approval before booking:

  • Pensacola Beach & Perdido Key
  • Navarre & Gulf Breeze Beach
  • Panama City & Panama City Beach
  • Cape San Blas, Port St. Joe & St George Island

Communities Requiring Permits: Certain exclusive communities require photography permits for sessions conducted on their property, including beaches. To apply for the necessary permits, I will need the address of your residence or vacation rental within the community.

    • Beach access is locked, and security guards patrol the property. A key card is required for entry.
  • Watercolor
    • Beach access is locked, and a key card is required.
  • Rosemary Beach – MUST BE STAYING ON PROPERTY TO SHOOT HERE
    • Photography Permit Required – Must be requested MORE THAN 72 hours in advanced.
      • Rosemary Beach Property Owners – complimentary with signed location agreement and photographer’s Certificate of Insurance. Must be able to present owner RFID or Bluetooth for security verification.
      • Guests of Rosemary Beach Cottage Rental Company – Fee is Waived with proof of reservation and is working with one of our preferred photographers.
      • Guests of Outside Management Companies – $500 minimum fee. Shooting on private and residential property is not permitted without approval of the property owner.
  • Watersound – MUST BE STAYING ON PROPERTY TO SHOOT HERE
    • Gated access with a security guard.

Golden Hour Magic
Beach sessions typically begin about 30–60 minutes before sunset or right at sunrise. This is when the Emerald Coast light is softest and most flattering. I’ll keep an eye on the radar and touch base with you that afternoon if we need to change our meeting time and location.

Relaxed & Playful
Forget stiff posing. My goal is to capture the “real” you. I’ll guide you into the best light and give you gentle prompts, but mostly, I want you to play with your kids, walk along the shoreline, and breathe in the salt air. The best shots happen when you’re simply being a family.

After the Sun Sets or Rises
Once we’re done, your work is finished! You go back to your vacation, and I head to my office to begin the curation process. I say to give me up to 3 weeks (during the busy season) for your gallery link to see all of your images BUT majority of the time you have the link in less than a week.

To keep our session focused on your family’s connection, I recommend a “less is more” approach. The less you have to carry, the more you can play!

The Essentials:

  • A Happy Foundation: Well-rested, well-fed little ones (and grown-ups!).

  • Quick Wins: Mess-free snacks and a clear drink to keep energy high.

  • Touch-up Kit: A brush, extra hair ties/clips, and a small towel (in case we decide to splash in the Gulf).

  • Comfort Items: A favorite small toy if your child needs a familiar friend.

I’ll send you a complete “Checklist” after you book, detailing exactly what to bring (and what you can safely leave in the car!) to ensure a smooth, beautiful evening.

My Stress-Free Rescheduling Policy Life happens! If an emergency or illness pops up, just reach out as soon as you can so we can find a new session date.

  • Emergencies & Rescheduling

    • Priority Booking: Reschedules depend on open calendar dates, but I make every effort to squeeze you in during your trip (including sunrise spots!).

    • Vacation Rollover: If we can’t reschedule during your stay, your full deposit and add-on fees remain on your account as credit for a future visit.

    Cancellations

    • Deposits are refundable minus a $300 cancellation fee, or fully transferable to a new date.

    • All add-on fees are non-refundable.

    Weather Policy

    • If poor weather cancels our session, I will prioritize rescheduling you before you leave.

    • If we cannot reschedule due to weather, your deposit can be kept as a future credit or refunded (minus the $300 cancellation fee).

Shhhhh we don’t say that word around here it’s always sunny in Florida! Right? Don’t worry, beach weather changes by the minute! I monitor the radar VERY closely. If we truly have a washout, we will utilize my ‘rain backup’ dates or adjust our timing slightly to catch the best light. My goal is always to ensure you have a beautiful, stress-free experience.

Weather & rain policy: I wait as long as possible before cancelling. If we cannot reschedule while you are in town, your session deposit is transferable to another date.

Details:

  • I delay cancellations until just before your session. If the forecast is uncertain, we wait to see how it develops.

  • Even with a 100% rain forecast, I typically wait until 2 – 3 hours before the session before calling it off. Weather often changes and sessions canceled midday can still be beautiful by sunset.

  • If it is raining during your session we will work together to find another time that fits both our schedules. That may include an early sunrise session, which is beautiful and cooler than sunset.

  • If we cannot rebook while you are here, your session deposit is transferable to a new date or you can choose to do a refund of the deposit minus the $300 cancellation fee. All other add-on fees are non-refundable.

Every Digital Collection includes edited, full-resolution files with a print release. They are delivered via a private, high-end online gallery within 24 hours of your selection, making it easy to download & share with family and friends immediately. Additional editing can be requested after check out.

The magic continues long after the sun goes down. Within 1–3 weeks, you’ll receive an invitation to your private online gallery. Every image is delivered in both timeless black and white and vibrant color, giving you the perfect variety for your custom collection.

Your gallery will be live for 15 days. Please be prepared to finalize your selections before it expires to avoid the $200 gallery renewal fee.

Every image you select for your collection receives my signature hand-retouching, if requested. This includes color perfection, sky enhancement, and subtle ‘polishing’ (like removing stray hairs or background distractions) to ensure your family looks like a work of art.

Golden Hour Magic
Beach sessions typically begin about 30–60 minutes before sunset or right at sunrise. This is when the Emerald Coast light is softest and most flattering. I’ll keep an eye on the radar and touch base with you that afternoon if we need to change our meeting time and location.

Relaxed & Playful
Forget stiff posing. My goal is to capture the “real” you. I’ll guide you into the best light and give you gentle prompts, but mostly, I want you to play with your kids, walk along the shoreline, and breathe in the salt air. The best shots happen when you’re simply being a family.

After the Sun Sets or Rises
Once we’re done, your work is finished! You go back to your vacation, and I head to my office to begin the curation process. I say to give me up to 3 weeks (during the busy season) for your gallery link to see all of your images BUT majority of the time you have the link in less than a week.

To keep our session focused on your family’s connection, I recommend a “less is more” approach. The less you have to carry, the more you can play!

The Essentials:

  • A Happy Foundation: Well-rested, well-fed little ones (and grown-ups!).

  • Quick Wins: Mess-free snacks and a clear drink to keep energy high.

  • Touch-up Kit: A brush, extra hair ties/clips, and a small towel (in case we decide to splash in the Gulf).

  • Comfort Items: A favorite small toy if your child needs a familiar friend.

I’ll send you a complete “Checklist” after you book, detailing exactly what to bring (and what you can safely leave in the car!) to ensure a smooth, beautiful evening.

My Stress-Free Rescheduling Policy Life happens! If an emergency or illness pops up, just reach out as soon as you can so we can find a new session date.

  • Emergencies & Rescheduling

    • Priority Booking: Reschedules depend on open calendar dates, but I make every effort to squeeze you in during your trip (including sunrise spots!).

    • Vacation Rollover: If we can’t reschedule during your stay, your full deposit and add-on fees remain on your account as credit for a future visit.

    Cancellations

    • Deposits are refundable minus a $300 cancellation fee, or fully transferable to a new date.

    • All add-on fees are non-refundable.

    Weather Policy

    • If poor weather cancels our session, I will prioritize rescheduling you before you leave.

    • If we cannot reschedule due to weather, your deposit can be kept as a future credit or refunded (minus the $300 cancellation fee).

Shhhhh we don’t say that word around here it’s always sunny in Florida! Right? Don’t worry, beach weather changes by the minute! I monitor the radar VERY closely. If we truly have a washout, we will utilize my ‘rain backup’ dates or adjust our timing slightly to catch the best light. My goal is always to ensure you have a beautiful, stress-free experience.

Weather & rain policy: I wait as long as possible before cancelling. If we cannot reschedule while you are in town, your session deposit is transferable to another date.

Details:

  • I delay cancellations until just before your session. If the forecast is uncertain, we wait to see how it develops.

  • Even with a 100% rain forecast, I typically wait until 2 – 3 hours before the session before calling it off. Weather often changes and sessions canceled midday can still be beautiful by sunset.

  • If it is raining during your session we will work together to find another time that fits both our schedules. That may include an early sunrise session, which is beautiful and cooler than sunset.

  • If we cannot rebook while you are here, your session deposit is transferable to a new date or you can choose to do a refund of the deposit minus the $300 cancellation fee. All other add-on fees are non-refundable.

The “Before” image serves as a preview of what you can anticipate in your proofing gallery. After you’ve made your selections for your digital collection, these chosen images will undergo “final” edits and then be provided to you via digital download. I also offer you the opportunity to provide a list of any specific areas that you believe require touch-ups before I commence the final editing process. You can use the slider on each image below to compare the “before” & “after”.

Here’s a glimpse of some of the “final” edits you can expect:

  • Removal of people in the background (typically, this isn’t a major concern).
  • Enhancing the vibrancy of the sky for a more striking appearance (I don’t produce washed-out “white” skies, as evident from my website).
  • Fine-tuning to address minor imperfections and bruises.
  • Taming stray hairs whenever possible.
  • Addressing tan lines, when feasible.
  • And more…

These edits are aimed at ensuring your selected images look their best and meet your desired aesthetic.
