Planning a photo session can feel overwhelming, from choosing the right photographer to coordinating outfits and finding the perfect location, especially when you’re planning from miles away. Fortunately, that’s where I step in! At Amanda Eubank Photography, I take care of every detail, big or small, so you don’t have to. As a result, my goal from start to finish is to make your experience stress-free, enjoyable, and memorable. Ultimately, all you need to do is relax and focus on what matters most, creating beautiful moments you’ll treasure forever!
1. Inquire & Connect
Once submitted, you’ll immediately receive an email that answers most of your questions. I encourage you to take a few minutes to read through all the information. I know it might seem like a lot, but I want to ensure you have all the important details to make this an amazing experience!

- Detailed pricing for individual, team, and season sessions

2. The Event or Session
Once the game begins, my full focus is on capturing every key moment—whether it’s the intensity of a game-winning goal, the energy of a powerful hit, or the quiet camaraderie between teammates. Each image aims to tell the story of the event, highlighting not only the thrill of competition but also the bonds built on the field.
My goal is to freeze these moments in time, preserving the passion, dedication, and joy that make each game unforgettable.
4. The Gallery Reveal
A sports event photography session with me goes beyond simply capturing moments; it’s about preserving memories that athletes, families, and fans can cherish for years. I look forward to creating images that embody the energy of the game and the spirit of everyone involved.
After the session, the editing process typically takes 3-5 days. Once completed, you’ll receive access to a digital gallery featuring the highlights from your session. Here, you can view, select, and purchase downloadable images. Once downloaded, the photos are yours to share, print, and display however you choose—making the memories last a lifetime.
