On today’s session we were blessed with amazing skies, beautiful people, and majestic emerald-green water. Why I Love Sunrise Maternity Sessions on the Emerald Coast

It was a sunrise session, and even though you have to get up early on vacation, it is so worth it! Sunrise on the Emerald Coast gives us softer light, a calmer beach, and cooler temperatures — perfect when you’re carrying around an extra little passenger. The colors of the sky right before the sun lifts above the Gulf are absolutely unreal.

I love this session and they were so much fun to photograph that I can’t wait to see them again next year! Capturing those tender moments between mom and dad — the hand on the bump, the kiss on the forehead, the laughs in between — is one of the very best parts of being a maternity photographer.
