A Louisiana Beauty on the Emerald Coast

Meet Madelyn — a stunning natural beauty from Louisiana, graduating in 2023. I was so blessed to photograph her senior portraits as the sun rose over the Emerald Coast, painting the sky in soft pastels that matched her perfectly curated outfits.

Her halter-top pink dress echoed the cotton candy hues of the morning sky, creating a dreamy, cohesive palette throughout the gallery.

Seaside, Watercolor Garden, and the Beach

We made the most of this gorgeous 30A morning by shooting in three of my favorite spots: the iconic streets of Seaside, the lush greenery of Watercolor Garden, and the sugar-white sand of the Emerald Coast.

Each location added its own personality — playful coastal architecture, romantic garden light, and that wide-open beach magic that only a sunrise session can deliver.

We even snuck in a few sweet photos with Madelyn’s boyfriend! Adding couple portraits to a senior session is one of my favorite ways to capture this chapter of life — friends, family, and young love all in one gallery.
