Rosemary Beach Senior Photographer | Emily’s Sunrise 30A Session

Sessions like Emily’s are exactly why I love being a Rosemary Beach senior photographer. Emily traveled all the way from Oklahoma for her senior portraits and had one big request — she wanted gorgeous photos with her toes in the sand while playing on the beach. Mission accomplished!

Why We Chose a Sunrise Senior Session on 30A

And yes, we said sunrise. Teenagers really can get up early when there is good lighting on the line! Booking a sunrise 30A senior session lets us capture the soft pastel sky and uncrowded shoreline that make these photos look like postcards. By the time most people are heading out with their beach chairs, we are already wrapping with a full gallery of magazine-worthy frames in the bag.

Senior Portraits in the Rosemary Beach Town Center

We started Emily’s session in the heart of Rosemary Beach and worked our way around the Town Center — always a client favorite location. The cobblestone streets, lampposts, charming shopfronts, garden walkways, and weathered wooden doors gave us endless variety. Emily rocked an amazing lineup of outfit changes: a white one-shoulder top with a bright blue mini skirt and white booties for the town streets, a fun Blondie graphic tee with black jeans and a wide-brim hat along a lush garden walk, and a soft blush satin camisole with white ripped jeans for a quieter courtyard moment. A Sunrise Finish on Rosemary Beach

To wrap the session, we made our way to the sand for the part Emily had been most excited about. She wore a flowing red and coral halter sundress that looked stunning against the peachy sunrise sky as she played in the water along the Gulf shoreline. Then came one of my favorite surprise moments of the morning — Emily slipped into her Rockettes cheerleader uniform for a few sequin-and-pom-pom shots to honor everything she has worked for as a dancer. Personalized senior portraits like these are exactly why I love this job.
