Moreover, most of my Grayton Beach family sessions last about an hour. First, we start with the full group. Then, we break out into smaller groupings (parents alone, siblings, individuals). Sunrise vs. Sunset at Grayton Beach

Sunrise sessions at Grayton Beach are quiet, cool, and almost crowd-free — perfect for families with little ones who go to bed early. By contrast, sunset sessions are warmer, dreamier, and easier to schedule around a vacation day at the pool. Both produce gorgeous images. If you have a sleep-resistant toddler, choose sunrise. However, if you have a teenager, choose sunset.

What to Wear for Your Grayton Beach Session

For families, I recommend a coordinated — not matching — palette in soft neutrals and one or two pops of color: cream, sand, dusty blue, and blush all photograph beautifully against the weathered cottages and emerald water of Grayton Beach. Avoid bright logos and large prints. Bare feet always.
