Today we arrived at our location, and I instantly knew it was going to be a magical day. The skies were absolutely gorgeous — that soft pastel sunrise glow you can’t fake, the gulf glassy, the beach empty, and that quiet stillness only an early morning shoot can give you.

The beach is empty, the light is impossibly soft, and the kids are fresh and happy first thing in the morning, which is a huge bonus for family sessions. If a normal summer evening feels too crowded or hot, sunrise is the cheat code.
