Meet the Bodin family and their extended family — all from Louisiana — visiting our beautiful beaches of South Walton on 30A! They are definitely “my kind of people.” As we were walking down to the beach, Mimi mentioned something about Boudin and I immediately felt at home with this family. I even mentioned next time they could pay me in Boudin 😋 Y’all know I love tacos, but anything Cajun is also my favorite!

A 50th Anniversary Celebration on 30A

Can y’all believe that the parents of this beautiful family were celebrating their 50th wedding anniversary? You don’t see that very much anymore — but when I do see it, it gives me hope that my hubby and I will be there one day too. Fifty years of marriage celebrated with all of their kids, in-laws, and grandkids on the beach? That’s a love story I’ll never get tired of photographing.
