A silver lining of having everyone at home is that you can do an impromptu photoshoot whenever the creativity bug bites! Today, I can definitely say I was bitten. As photographer kids, you would think mine would be used to getting ready for the camera… BUT NOPE.

The Real Life Struggle

We still have the same issues all families have! As a Watersound Florida photographer, I live the exact same struggle you do: missing clothes, unbrushed hair, “did you eat yet?”, and “did you actually brush your teeth?” The struggle is real, and I live it just like everyone else. It’s not always perfectly posed, but those chaotic moments are often where the most heart is found.

Luckily, we were able to shake off the morning “craziness” and capture some fun-loving images right around our community. Watersound offers such a beautiful, quiet backdrop for lifestyle portraits.
