Sandestin Senior Photographer | The Zimmerman Senior Session

One of the joys of photographing high school seniors is that you get to envision what your son or daughter may become in the future. As a Sandestin senior photographer, I get to meet young adults from all over – and today’s session is one I’ve been looking forward to sharing.

From Louisiana to Sandestin

Today’s senior session hails from Louisiana and is an avid baseball player with a love for fishing. We felt Sandestin would be the perfect location to reflect his personality with amazing scenery and a gorgeous harbor.

Baseball Field & Marina Dockside Looks

We built the session around two looks that tell his story – classic baseball uniform on the field, and a polished dockside formal wardrobe at the Sandestin marina. Mixing a sports look with a more formal location-based look is one of my favorite ways to build a senior gallery that feels personal instead of generic.

A Complete Natural in Front of the Camera

He was a complete natural in front of the camera and a complete joy to work with. When a senior brings that kind of confidence to a session, the candids practically take themselves and the gallery feels effortless from start to finish.
