Watercolor Beach Photographer | Twins & Best Friends Session
With all the uncertainty with traveling this year, we have seen an influx of people to the Emerald Coast from everywhere – including our own state. Today’s amazing session has “twins and friends” from the Miami area, and as a Watercolor Beach photographer, this is exactly the kind of group I love photographing on 30A.
Twins, Friends & Flowing Dresses
They were absolutely gorgeous. They all wore stunning dresses that embraced the beach life and flowed beautifully in the Gulf breeze. Best-friends sessions are one of my favorite kinds of shoots – the laughs are genuine, the poses are easy, and the bond between the girls always carries the gallery.
Cotton-Candy Clouds & Emerald Gulf
The skies were filled with cotton-candy clouds and emerald-green water that appeared made to order for beach pictures. When the light cooperates like that on a Watercolor Beach sunset, every frame feels like a movie still. All of this combined to result in a jaw-dropping photo session I couldn’t wait to put on my blog.
Why Watercolor Beach for a Best-Friends Session
Watercolor pairs sugar-white sand with quiet boardwalks, dune lakes, and lush gardens just steps from the Gulf. It’s a fantastic backdrop for senior friend groups, bachelorette weekends, and milestone trips. If you’re still picking a spot, my Destin and 30A locations guide walks through all the favorites.
Planning a Beach Session from Out of Town
If you’re traveling in from Miami – or anywhere else – my visitor guide for 30A and Destin covers timing, what to wear, and how to fit a session into your trip.
