Unlike many photographers, I do not shy away from large families. In fact, I welcome them and feel the more the merrier! Recently, I had the pleasure of serving as the Carillon Beach photographer for the G family, a wonderful group visiting us all the way from Louisiana.

A Taste of Home

I was born and lived in Louisiana for many years, so I absolutely love it when I get to photograph families from my home state. Their accents always invoke great memories of my childhood and remind me of a place that has always been a source of happiness for me. We had such a fun time sharing stories and enjoying the unique, private atmosphere of Carillon Beach.

Cotton Candy Skies

We had a bit of a weather scare when a storm rolled through the area earlier in the morning. However, as is the magic of the Emerald Coast, the rain cleared and left us with a spectacular gift: beautiful cotton candy skies and streaming clouds. I was so happy we were able to complete the session, and even happier that the whole family was able to attend to capture these memories together.
