30A Photographer | Meet the H Family in Seacrest Beach

Today, it’s my pleasure to introduce you to the “H” Family! If you follow me, you know how much I love stormy weather. Many photographers shy away from less-than-ideal conditions, but as a 30A Photographer, I genuinely thrive in moody skies — and so did the H Family. We captured their session along Seacrest Beach just after a rainstorm rolled through, and the results were absolutely jaw-dropping.

Why Post-Storm Sessions Are Magical

There are real benefits to photographing the beach after a rainstorm: fewer people, cleaner sand, cooler temperatures, and the most incredible cloud-filled skies you’ll ever see. The H Family embraced the conditions and loved the streaming clouds that spread across the 30A horizon, giving every frame a cinematic, painterly feel.

Coastal Style on Seacrest Beach

This crew showed up dressed to impress. The men looked dapper in coastal-inspired collared shirts paired with relaxed beach shorts, while the ladies were absolutely stunning in flowing dresses perfect for the beach-life aesthetic. Their outfits worked beautifully with the soft post-storm light along the Emerald Coast.

Smiles for Miles & Jaw-Dropping Skies

The H Family was an absolute joy to photograph — smiles for miles and energy that lit up every frame. The colors in the sky were jaw-dropping, and so were the resulting images. Genuine laughter, sweet hugs, and natural moments came easily for this group.
