One of the best parts of being a professional Watersound Beach photographer on Florida’s 30A is getting to photograph genuinely amazing families like the M’s. As a mom of three myself, I hope my family is one day as tight-knit and close as theirs — sessions like this one are the exact reason I love what I do.

A Tight-Knit Family Vacationing on 30A

The M family was vacationing on 30A and graciously carved out time from their trip to put their toes in the sand with me at sunset. Families like this make my job feel like anything but work — they showed up with smiles for miles, real connection, and a willingness to actually play in the sun and sand together. Those are always my favorite frames to deliver.

Coastal Casual Outfits That Each Tell a Story

Rather than going matchy-matchy, the M family chose to each show off their own version of coastal casual style — and it absolutely worked. The mix of textures and complementary tones gave every frame personality while still feeling cohesive. Tucked between Seacrest and Alys Beach, Watersound is one of the most peaceful stretches of Scenic Highway 30A. The tall white sand dunes, sea oats, and uncrowded shoreline make every family session feel timeless.
