Starting in the Watercolor Garden

We began our session in the lush Watercolor garden, a perfect spot for capturing Miss S.’s natural beauty and radiant spirit. Surrounded by blooming flowers, tall greenery, and winding paths, Miss S. was the epitome of elegance. Her soft, flowing dress and bright smile complemented the natural setting perfectly, and every shot in the garden felt like a scene from a storybook. Why Watercolor and 30A Are Perfect for Senior Portraits

Watercolor is one of my favorite places on 30A for senior portraits. The community blends architectural charm with natural beauty — there’s the reflecting pool, the garden bridge, manicured pathways, and just a short walk away, the sugar-white sand and emerald waters of the Gulf. That mix gives us the chance to shoot two very different looks in one session, all without rushing between locations. Whether seniors are visiting from out of town or live nearby in Seaside, Watersound, Rosemary Beach, or anywhere along 30A, Watercolor is one of the most photogenic spots on the Emerald Coast for senior sessions.

Golden Hour on the Beaches of 30A

As the day turned toward evening, we made our way to the beaches of 30A for the second part of the session. There’s nothing quite like a sunset on the beaches of 30A, with its soft golden glow and endless horizon. Miss S. was at home in this setting, the warm sunlight highlighting her joyful expressions and relaxed poses. The stunning colors of the sunset created a dreamlike atmosphere, making each moment we captured feel like a treasured memory.
