Today I’m thrilled to reintroduce the Taylor family! As their Rosemary Beach Photographer, I love every chance I get to capture this sweet family — and one of the best perks of my job is welcoming back repeat clients for new memories. The Taylors are always open to creative locations and fresh ideas, which makes our sessions feel collaborative and fun. This time, we traded the sand for the lush green courtyards of Rosemary Beach.

Why We Chose Rosemary Beach

While I’m best known for sunset beach portraits, the European-inspired streets of Rosemary Beach are an absolute gem for families looking for something different. The cobblestone paths, lush archways, and towering trees give every photo a moody, storybook feel that feels worlds away from the Gulf.

Capturing Light Through the Trees

One of the things I loved most about this Rosemary Beach photographer session was how the late-day light filtered through the trees. It practically spotlit the Taylor family in soft golden rays — the kind of light you can’t plan, only chase. Each frame had this warm, glowing quality that made the greenery feel even more magical.

When clients come back year after year, I love offering them new scenery so each gallery feels distinctly different. Rosemary Beach gave the Taylor family that variety — from the cottage-lined alleys to the iconic Boardwalk, the backdrops kept changing while their connection stayed beautifully consistent.
