Today it is my pleasure to introduce you to the beautiful Backhaus twins! For those who follow me, you know that newborn and baby photography is my favorite genre to photograph. As a 30A baby and family photographer, it absolutely captures my heart when I get to see the smiles on these little angels’ faces.

A Mermaid & Fisherman First Birthday

For our photo session, we celebrated one-year-old birthdays with a mermaid and fisherman theme. They each had cakes – blue and pink – that completed the day with frosting-filled faces and smiles for miles. Themed first-birthday sessions are some of my very favorite shoots; the props, the outfits, and the cake-smash chaos all add up to a gallery you’ll want to print huge.
