A Calm, In-Home Newborn Session in Watercolor, Florida

The Johnson Twins’ session was captured in the heart of Watercolor, Florida, one of the most charming master-planned beach communities along Scenic Highway 30A. Tucked between Seaside and Grayton Beach, Watercolor is known for its pastel cottages, oak-lined streets, sparkling Western Lake, and easy walks to the sugar-white sand of the Gulf. It’s a setting that lends itself beautifully to soft, natural-light newborn photography — especially for families visiting the area or who want the comfort of staying right where their babies sleep best.

For twin newborn sessions like this one, I prefer a slower pace with plenty of time for feeding, soothing, and snuggles between setups. The result is a relaxed gallery full of tiny features, sibling poses, and quiet moments parents will treasure long after the newborn stage passes.
