Meet the S Family from Nashville, TN, who joined me for a sunset session along 30A’s most picturesque town. As a Rosemary Beach Family Photographer, I love how Mom coordinated everyone’s outfits — the dark blue, burnt orange, browns, and subtle pattern blended seamlessly with the cobblestone streets and old town charm around Main Street. Despite a cold front rolling in, the S Family stayed warm, relaxed, and absolutely picture perfect.

Cobblestone Streets & European Charm

Rosemary Beach is famous for its New Orleans–meets–West Indies architecture, with cobblestone walkways, tucked-away courtyards, and beautifully landscaped paths. These details make for stunning family portraits that feel timeless. The S Family’s outfit palette complemented the warm tones of the buildings beautifully, creating frames full of natural texture and character.

Wooden Boardwalks to the Beach

One of my favorite things about photographing in Rosemary Beach is walking the elevated wooden boardwalks that wind through sea oats out to the sugar-white sand. I find a new “favorite” spot each time, and these pathways always provide gorgeous light and leading lines for family photos.

Sunset Portraits on the Gulf

We finished the session at the beach, where soft 30A sunset light made the entire family glow. Even with the cooler temperatures, every smile felt genuine — a testament to how easy this sweet family was to photograph.
