The glow from a mother’s light can never dull or be diminished. Today, I had an Inlet Beach maternity session and absolutely love these images! As an Inlet Beach Photographer, I’m always honored when expecting couples invite me to capture this fleeting season of their lives along Florida’s 30A coastline.

Meet B + K’s Growing Family

Meet B + K — this beautiful couple are welcoming a baby into the world and wanted to memorialize this chapter with a maternity beach photo session. I’m so happy they called me, because the colors in the skies were absolutely amazing! Mom-to-be was radiant in a flowing white dress, while Dad looked dapper in a beach-inspired button-down. You can see the pure love they have for each other that will no doubt be showered onto their little angel.

Planning Your Maternity Photo Session

I recommend scheduling maternity sessions between 30 and 36 weeks for the most beautiful results — late enough to show a lovely bump but early enough to feel comfortable on the beach. Flowing gowns in soft, neutral tones photograph beautifully against the white sand. Bringing your partner makes the session even more meaningful, and a sunset start time provides the warmest, most flattering light.
